In this role, you'll partner with technical leadership to develop effective recruiting strategies, identify high quality talent, and guide candidates through a seamless hiring process. You'll balance urgency with thoughtful decision making to help Applied continue building the strong, high performing teams that drive long term success.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding, delivering a positive and consistent candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent to support both current hiring needs and long term growth
  • Advise hiring managers on market dynamics, compensation insights, and effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Lead sourcing initiatives to engage top tier, passive candidates across Engineering and other technical disciplines
  • Use recruiting metrics and market data to provide insights on pipeline health, hiring progress, time to fill, and other key performance indicators
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby), maintaining a high standard of system hygiene
  • Mentor and support other team members to elevate overall recruiting performance and execution
  • Collaborate closely with Total Rewards, People Operations, HR Business Partners, and other cross functional teams to support successful hiring outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience, with a focus on Engineering hiring in a technology organization
  • Experience recruiting across a range of technical functions, with the flexibility to support shifting hiring needs
  • Proven track record building strong technical teams and operating with discipline in a scaling organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and sound judgment
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience developing talent pipelines for difficult to fill positions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative, low ego approach and the ability to manage multiple searches with consistency and follow through
  • Experience mentoring teammates and leading by example
  • Strong awareness of market trends and the broader talent landscape within technology
